"I am Updating my Review from 5 Stars to 1 Star. I had an issue with an agent here due to her always providing me with Inaccurate information. I Moved to Princeton, IL and attempted to switch to State farm in Princeton. I called State Farm there to make the switch. They did all the paper work and told me they would call Spring Valley for me to switch me. Princeton State Farm never called me back. Ya know why? Because the Agents are friebnds and she told my new Agent to Ignore me. So the Agent in Princeton did just that. He Closed my Case, Never called me bck and I was left 2 day with no car Insurance. I was just waiting for his call back for 2 days! I just found out by someone I know in Spring Valley that my New agent was told NOT to Assist me in Princeton, IL. So they acting like Kids and took a CORP Decision. I wonder what would happen when I call CORPORATE and ask them to Read and Investigate this Review. I am with ALL-STATE now. I need answers why was I Ignored and left with No Insurance. I will continue to Stock you until I get my answer. I would never Ignore my Customers like this vbecause I am OWNER. but you are NOT Owners of State Farm and that is why you did it. Learn to keep your Emotions at Home... Thank you"
